Fourth grade kids played a game in science called "Eat or Be Eaten"! They created food chains with predators and prey, and producers and consumers. The students who made the longest food chain won the game!

Third grade students learned that area can be measured by counting the number of unit squares in a figure. In today's lesson they explored the meaning of unit squares used to measure area. They concentrated on finding area using differently sized unit squares.

This trip is open to all high school students, meaning those currently in 8th through 11th grade. Parent-Teacher Conferences Because of conferences, there is no school on Friday, November 4, 2022. Parent-teacher conferences will be held from 4-7pm on Thursday, November 3 and from 8:30-11:30am on Friday, November 4th. Parents should have received conference scheduling sheets from the elementary school. Junior high and high school conferences are drop-in at the high school gym.
