Booster Club Message The NTC Booster Club would like to thank all who supported the Booster club through membership dues, the tailgate party through their time and donations of baked goods, items for gift baskets, and attendance. It is greatly appreciated. The Booster club helps feed sports teams (visiting and our own), supports other clubs and events as well as hosts tailgate and lock-in events for our students. Thank you for helping to make these things happen in our community and schools. We appreciate you!

Tribal Waves Assembly! Tribal Waves came and put on a fantastic assembly for our K-12 students and staff. They came to finalize Red Ribbon Week and spoke about the importance of making good choices and the importance of family and unity. All of our students and staff had a fantastic time. Thank you to the Toole County Alliance for Youth, led by Mary Miller, for sponsoring this awesome opportunity for our students. Many more photos and videos are available on our Facebook page!

Elementary Halloween Costume Parade Sunburst Elementary School will be celebrating Halloween on Friday, October 29th. Students should not come to school dressed in a costume. Please send their costume with them in a bag as they will be given time to change. Parents are welcome to come watch the Halloween parade and take pictures. We will begin in the Kindergarten room at approximately 1:20pm. As we wrap through the classrooms to pick up additional students, we will eventually get to the elementary cafeteria where we will take class pictures. This would be a great location for parents/residents to come and see all of the costumes. We will go out the cafeteria doors and ride a bus to the junior high/high school (due to the projected rainy, cool weather). At approximately 1:40, we will walk through the high school starting from the gym entrance and walk up the hallway and out the east door (by Mrs. Ryan and Mrs. Aschim’s classrooms). Parents and community members are welcome to come watch the parade and take pictures. Again, the elementary cafeteria will be the best place to take pictures and see all of the kids in their costumes. We will primarily only have our Kindergarten through 4th grade as the majority of our 5th/6th graders are leaving early for their basketball game in Cascade.

The 2nd graders, led by Mrs. Pace, are doing a variety of activities involving their group pumpkin. They have weighed their pumpkins, found the circumference, measured how tall it is, and cut it open to see how many seeds are inside. Check out more pictures on our school Facebook page!
