Today the 6th Grade class presented Greek Gods and Goddesses. It was a great opportunity for our students to share about what they had learned by dressing up and being in character.

Easter Egg Hunt
Sunburst Elementary will hold the annual Easter egg hunt on Wednesday, April 5, 2023 at 10:45am. Please see the flyer below for more info!

3rd Quarter Awards Assembly
Many of our 2nd grade students received some special awards for knowing their emergency information, passing the shoe tying challenge, and working especially hard on their secret kindness project! Great job 2nd graders!

Track Meets Cancelled
The high school track meet scheduled for Friday, March 31, 2023 as well as the JH track meet scheduled for Saturday, April 1, 2023 have both been cancelled due to the weather conditions.
1st Graders had fun exploring a tide pool and learning about the creatures that live there.
Top that off with a fishy parade and reading on the beach--makes a great Beach Day in 1st grade!
Missoula Children's Theater Permission Slips
Although Missoula Children's Theater will not be held until the week of April 17-21, 2023, we are sending home permission slips today. Please look for them in student folders.
Kindergarten-6th grade students participating must have a permission slip to participate. Permission slips are due by April 14, 2023.
Spring Team Photos
Team photos for HIGH SCHOOL golf and track will be held on Tuesday, March 28, 2023, during track practice times. Please remember to bring your track uniform.
Students and staff at Sunburst Schools helped create a video to apply for a DON'T QUIT Fitness Center. The video submissions are meant to be a fun and creative way of showing our need for fitness equipment. Three grants will be awarded throughout the state of Montana.
If selected, this grant could supply Sunburst Schools with new fitness equipment for our weight room!

Sunburst FCCLA members were proud to represent Sunburst Schools at the State FCCLA Conference in Bozeman.
2023 NTCHS Prom
The NTCHS Prom is this Saturday, March 25th, 2023, at the High School Gymnasium from 7:00 - 11:00 pm.
Grand March is at 7:10 pm ....family and friends are invited to attend the Grand March.
Grand March will also be livestreamed on the Sunburst Schools Facebook page.
Family Fun Night
Over 140 folks attended family fun night at Sunburst Elementary. Thank you to everyone for coming and your continued support of your children and Sunburst Schools.
Secondly, thank you to the staff at Sunburst Elementary and the NTCHS Honor Society students for their time and efforts to put on this fun event!
2023 Legislative Trip
The senior and junior classes from NTC visited the Montana Legislature in Helena on March 21, 2023. They were able to witness our government in action.
